How to Book?

Select the vehicle, then fill in the booking form with the delivery location, delivery date, and return date.
For bicycles, we also require the rider’s height. This information allows us to check the availability of the vehicle and the delivery service.

How far in advance should I book?

Ample notice will guarantee that you get the vehicle you want when you want it. This is especially true for road bikes, where riding with the correct size is essential.

What happens after I submit my request?

You will receive an email with a detailed quotation (rental, services, and accessories) and an Excel file called “Reservation Form”, which you must fill out to confirm acceptance of the quotation.
This allows us to register you in our client database, prepare the rental contract, and save time when delivering the vehicle.

Is that all?

Not exactly, if you are renting a road bike! To further speed up delivery, avoid mechanical issues, and ensure the bike fits you perfectly, we will ask you to send us a PDF of your fitting report or the measurements taken from your current road or gravel bike, following the instructions in the document you will receive.

Can I come to your headquarters to rent a vehicle?

No. Our service is based on home delivery. We spend most of our time delivering and collecting vehicles off-site, so you are unlikely to find anyone available at our headquarters. You are welcome to come only if you request pick-up at our location and we confirm the date and time.

Where can I receive your vehicles?

We usually deliver within a radius of about 50 km / 1 hour of driving from our base in Cascina, covering areas from the Versilia coast to the Etruscan Coast, Lucca and its surroundings, and inland areas such as Volterra. What documents are required for the rental?

A valid ID and a credit card are required to rent a vehicle. Payment at delivery moment toghether with contract signature.

Are accessories included with the rental?

We include a lock, helmet, inner tube, basic repair kit, pump or CO2. For an additional fee are available upon request pedals (SPD, SPD-SL, Look, Speedplay) and we can also provide panniers, map holders, and other accessories, depending on availability. No shoes available to rent.

What happens in case of a mechanical issue during my ride?

You will receive e repair kit to fix a flat tire, if you experience any technical problems, we provide phone support and, whenever possible, on-site assistance or bicycle replacement.
